Training Academy Terms and Conditions
• If you are booking a space on one of our group courses, a deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking.
• If you are booking a 1-1 training course a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• If you are booking In-House Training where we come to your salon to train yourself or your staff, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Your place on the course will not be booked until the deposit has been paid. We will not hold any spaces or courses if a deposit has not been paid.
• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The remaining balance of your course must be paid AT LEAST 7 days before your course date.
• If you do not pay the remaining balance at least 7 days before the course date, you will lose your place on the course and, as stated above, your deposit will be lost as this is non-refundable.
• We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the course and cancel with less than 7 days notice, you will lose the full payment of the course.
• Once you have paid your deposit, you will be sent a booking form via email. This must be completed and sent back to ourselves at least 7 days before your course date.
• We will also require a copy of your waxing qualifications, this also must be sent to us via email at least 7 days before your course date.
• If you are taking part in our Beginner’s Couse, you will not be required to send any waxing certificates as you will not hold any.
• If you are attending a course held at our Training Academy, we will provide all models for your course.
• If you have booked In-House Training for us to come to your salon to train yourself or your staff, you will be required to source your own models. We will let you know how many models you need per student and which treatments will be carried out. It is then your own responsibility to source these models.
• If you are unable to source models for your In-House Training, we will be unable to carry out the course. Again, our 7 day cancellation policy applies for full payment and your deposit is non-refundable.
